For you pros out there, here is a brand new exciting drink created by Dugan from The Cantina in San Francisco:
2oz campo de encanto (pisco)
1 lime
1 egg white
.5oz madeira
.5 oz sugar syrup
shake vigorously
strain into a highball glass over ice
float 1 oz Row Eleven Vinas 3 Pinot Noir on top
You will be amazed
We call it "3 vines"
